Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Teacher licensure (or eligibility for licensure) Experience working with preschool-aged children is highly preferred Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, modify, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for preschoolers Collaborate with fellow teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to ensure student progress Employ effective strategies to engage and support students with diverse learning needs Track growth, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings Foster a warm, energetic, and inclusive classroom that supports early learners in developing foundational academic and social skills Enjoy job stability with a W-2 position, 401K options for your future, and a consistent weekly paycheck.
