This position offers two immediate openings for passionate educators who excel at fostering inclusive learning environments and supporting students with moderate needs. Key Qualifications:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification/license Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred Familiarity with inclusion models and adapting instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs Ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students with moderate disabilities Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with general education teachers, related service providers, and families Commitment to ongoing professional growth and best practices in special education

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and small group instruction within an inclusion classroom setting Modify curriculum and instructional materials for students with moderate special needs Develop and implement IEP goals, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to promote an inclusive, supportive learning environment Foster positive relationships with students and families to encourage student growth and achievement Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and other school or district initiatives as needed
