Qualifications:

Current Massachusetts Special Education (SPED) teaching license required Proven experience in special education, specifically with elementary-aged students Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience applying ABA principles Previous classroom leadership in a substantially separate or Autism support setting highly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and related service providers

Teach and support elementary learners within a substantially separate classroom environment Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each students needs Utilize ABA strategies to promote academic, social, and emotional growth Collaborate with families and instructional teams to achieve student goals Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings Foster an inclusive, positive, and safe classroom atmosphere This contract position follows school-based hours, Monday through Friday, 8:15am3pm, providing a stable schedule and the chance to be a consistent presence in your students educational journey.
