Qualifications & Skills:

Valid Massachusetts Special Education License (required) Experience with K-12 student populations preferred Ability to adapt instruction for a range of learning needs and abilities Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Compassionate, patient, and resourceful problem-solver

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and adjust Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student Design differentiated instructional activities based on student abilities and program goals Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff to ensure students success Communicate effectively with families and guardians regarding progress and support strategies Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment where all students can thrive
