Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

Design and deliver tailored instructional plans aligned with IEP goals Assess student progress, modifying strategies as necessary for success Collaborate with general education staff, therapists, and families for holistic student support Document student development, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings Incorporate effective classroom management techniques to facilitate learning Develop engaging activities that address various learning styles and promote independence Support students with daily tasks and provide encouragement to help them thrive
