Job Description

Begin your next chapter working with students who need your expertise and dedication in Massachusetts schools. Special Education Teachers are sought for contract roles, serving caseloads across grades K-12 in a variety of classroom settings. Contribute to a collaborative educational environment while making a meaningful difference for students with unique learning needs.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid Massachusetts Special Education teaching license (required) Experience working with children across K-12 grade levels preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to tailor instruction to individual student needs Team player willing to collaborate with other educators and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and adjust Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students Adapt instructional materials and teaching techniques to accommodate diverse learners Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment Track and assess student progress, maintaining necessary documentation Communicate regularly with families, fellow teachers, and support personnel to ensure student success Participate in IEP and staff meetings as required Demonstrate flexibility in working with a range of classroom types and grade levels
