Qualifications:

Active Special Education (SPED) Licensure in Massachusetts is required Experience working with secondary-age youth with diverse needs Comfortable adapting curriculum and instructional strategies to support IEPs Strong communication and organization skills Previous school-based experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide instruction and support to a caseload of secondary students, following individualized education plans Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to student needs Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for all assigned students Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment Adapt teaching materials and assessments to maximize student learning This contract offers a competitive pay rate of $40-$45 per hour.
