Job Description

Key Qualifications:
Valid Special Education teaching certification Experience working with students who have a variety of learning, emotional, and physical challenges Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation Effective classroom management and organizational skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with staff, students, and families Commitment to fostering an inclusive, encouraging learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver individualized lesson plans aligned with students IEP goals Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet unique needs Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for all students Provide advocacy, encouragement, and support to help each student reach their full potential Working as a contract Special Education Teacher means youll enjoy a fulfilling role with the chance to make a lasting impact.
