Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers with instructional activities and classroom management Provide individualized or small-group support to students as directed by certified staff Support students with diverse learning needs, including those with IEPs or 504 plans Help create a safe, respectful, and encouraging school climate Track student progress and participate in team meetings as needed
