9664990-01852 Job Description Exciting opportunity for a Special Education Teacher passionate about supporting young learners in an ABA-based program for students with Autism. This full-time contract position begins as soon as possible and runs through June 24, 2027. The role focuses on serving kindergarten through 2nd grade, guiding a caseload of about 11 students, and working collaboratively alongside three dedicated paraprofessionals. Youll have the chance to foster growth and progress in students, implement individualized ABA strategies, and lead IEP development and implementation. Key Requirements:

Current Massachusetts Special Education Teaching Certification Demonstrated experience using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in a school setting Solid understanding and hands-on involvement in the IEP process Experience supporting students with Autism, specifically at the K-2 level Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities Team-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
