Qualifications:

Active special education teaching credential Experience working with elementary-aged students with moderate to severe disabilities Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation Skilled in adapting curriculum and instruction for diverse learning needs Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized instruction and support to elementary students with varying exceptionalities Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment Assess student progress and adjust strategies as needed to drive achievement Maintain accurate records and meet all compliance and documentation requirements Experience a rewarding opportunity with a schedule that lets you engage deeply with students Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
