Essential Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Special Education Teacher Experience with preschool or early childhood special education caseloads Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Passion for fostering inclusive and growth-oriented classrooms
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction to preschool students with diverse learning needs Work closely with paraprofessionals, therapists, and family members to enhance student success Assess, monitor, and document student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and confidence Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a positive school community
