Qualifications:

Active MA Special Education Teacher certification required Experience with middle school populations preferred Proven ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Effective communication skills with students, families, and staff Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging instruction based on each students IEP Maintain a caseload of middle school students and monitor progress Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure inclusive practices Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and ongoing planning Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student growth and advocacy
