What We're Looking For:

Licensure/certification in Special Education (or eligibility to obtain, as required by state) Experience supporting students with significant cognitive and physical disabilities Prior work implementing specially designed instruction and applied behavior analysis preferred Ability to assist with toileting and personal care Effective communication, flexibility, and team-player attitude Comfortable working onsite in a full-time capacity

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized instruction for students in substantially separate settings Implement and monitor IEPs, adapting materials and methods Collaborate with paraprofessionals, RBTs, and related service providers Support students' daily living needs, including toileting as required Foster a safe, nurturing, and responsive classroom environment
