Job Description

Qualifications:
Current Massachusetts Special Education License required Experience working with K-12 students in special education settings is highly valued Ability to adapt teaching methods for different needs and learning styles Strong collaboration and communication skills Commitment to maintaining a supportive, inclusive environment for all students
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs Design engaging, differentiated instruction across a variety of classroom settings (resource, inclusion, self-contained, etc.) Work collaboratively with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed, documenting outcomes in line with school and district policies Engage with families and caregivers to enhance learning, share progress, and support student growth Whats in it for you?
