Qualifications:

Current, active Special Education (SPED) Licensure in Massachusetts is required. Experience working with students in secondary settings preferred. Strong classroom management, collaboration, and communication skills. Ability to adapt lessons to accommodate diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized instruction to a caseload of secondary students during the term of maternity leave coverage. Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student growth. Track student progress and maintain detailed documentation. Foster an inclusive, encouraging classroom environment for all learners. This role is available for an immediate start and will run for the duration of the maternity leave.
