Key Qualifications:
Current Massachusetts Special Education Teacher License Experience working with K-12 students in special education settings Ability to adapt instruction for varying academic and behavioral needs Strong communication and collaboration skills with families, educators, and support teams Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines Provide differentiated instruction to meet students unique learning needs Collaborate with general education teachers, counselors, and specialists Collect data to assess progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Foster a supportive, structured environment where all students feel valued and included Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings This contract position offers the satisfaction of making a direct impact on students lives within a supportive and resource-rich educational community.
