Desired Qualifications:
Valid Massachusetts Special Education (SPED) teaching license for the appropriate grade range Previous experience with K-3 or primary grades, preferably in a therapeutic or inclusive setting Strong classroom management and creative problem-solving skills Ability to adapt instructional strategies for diverse learning needs Excellent communication and collaborative skills
