Here, you'll have the opportunity to: Build meaningful relationships with students and families See measurable growth and progress in your students every day Work alongside experienced educators, psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists Develop expertise in autism education through extensive training and mentorship Teach in a highly collaborative environment focused on student success What You'll Do Develop and implement individualized educational programs (IEPs) Create engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks Support student growth in academics, communication, behavior, social development, and daily living skills Monitor student progress and prepare quarterly reports and annual assessments Present student progress and recommendations during IEP meetings Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Participate in school-wide activities, events, and physical fitness programs Foster a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment where students can thrive Ideal For Licensed Special Education Teachers General Education Teachers interested in transitioning into Special Education Recent Education graduates pursuing Massachusetts licensure Educators passionate about autism education and student-centered learning Qualifications Required Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education Massachusetts Teaching License or active progress toward licensure Preferred Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder Experience in Special Education settings Invest in Your Future We believe in supporting our educators both professionally and personally.
