Job Description

Step into a rewarding opportunity in Massachusetts as a Special Education Teacher supporting students across a diverse range of classroom environments. What you need to succeed:
Active Massachusetts Special Education License required Experience with K-12 populations and familiarity with diverse classroom settings Strong collaborative skills for working with multidisciplinary teams Ability to design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Passion for fostering student growth and empowering learners of all abilities Key responsibilities include: Developing and delivering effective, tailored lessons and accommodations for students with special needs Maintaining accurate IEP documentation and progress monitoring Collaborating with fellow teachers, service providers, and families to promote student success Adapting instruction for a variety of classroom models, including resource, inclusion, and self-contained settings Cultivating a supportive environment where students can thrive academically and socially This contract role provides a fulfilling pathway to support diverse learners, hone your professional skills, and build impactful relationships within the school community.
