Job Description

Qualifications:
Valid Special Education teaching certification Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field (Masters preferred) Demonstrated experience in a special education setting Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation Excellent communication and teamwork skills Adaptability, patience, and creativity in instructional strategies
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute lesson plans tailored to each students individual needs Create a nurturing, supportive classroom environment Assess student progress and adjust instruction as required Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff Maintain detailed records adhering to special education guidelines and compliance Engage regularly with guardians and caregivers to promote student growth
