Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Valid Massachusetts DESE Licensure in Moderate or Severe Special Needs is required. Experience creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), behavior intervention plans, and tracking student objectives. Familiarity with special education eligibility, re-evaluation, and annual review processes. Strong background in effective instruction for both small groups and individuals within inclusive classroom settings. Skill in administering standardized assessments and analyzing data for reporting on student progress. Collaborative approach in working with general education teachers, specialists, support staff, and families. Experience supervising and supporting paraprofessionals and ABA Technicians.
