Job Description
Autism Teacher Day Program Salary is determined based on individual experience, and the range may not include differentials which are based on team assignment. The salary range posted reflects the starting salary for the position and does not represent the maximum potential earnings. •$5,000 Sign-on Bonus Take your career to the next level, working day shift - 8am-4pm, no weekends, no holidays! What You'll Do:
Provide instruction and care using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Build positive relationships and celebrate every success Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized educational programs Maintain consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and goals Teach and support skill development in areas such as: Communication and social interaction Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene Vocational and pre-employment skills Adaptive physical education and self-preservation Receive paid training and coaching Promote a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment in both classroom and residential settings What You llLove:

Bachelor s degree or enrollment in a 4-year program Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors Valid Driver s License with personal vehicle CPR training (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)NECC CALM
training - Physical and Verbal De-escalation training and Medication Administration training (ability to get MAP Certified)What We Do:
