What You'll Do:

Deliver individualized instruction and modifications for students with diverse learning needs Create and implement IEP goals with measurable benchmarks Assess student progress and adjust strategies as needed Partner with general education teachers and service providers for integrated support Communicate regularly with families regarding student growth Maintain accurate, timely records and document all services provided
