Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Teacher certification (state requirements or eligibility) Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field (Masters preferred) Experience with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring Adaptability in working with students who have various disabilities and learning needs Strong collaboration and communication skills, both with staff and families
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver individualized instruction to meet unique student needs Develop, implement, and evaluate IEPs in compliance with local and federal guidelines Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages growth and independence Collaborate with general education teachers, counselors, and other specialists to drive student success Maintain up-to-date records and provide timely progress reports
