COMPENSATION
Per the Collective Bargaining Agreement located on the DY website.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop and implement high quality programming for pre-school aged children.
Support young children with transitions, self-care, toileting, safety; skill development and behavior management.
Supply early childhood outcomes; positive social relationships; acquisition of knowledge and skills and teaching children to take action to meet own needs.
As a member of the team, write, manage, implement and monitor progress on IEP's.
Administer and interpret standardized assessments, as well as use a variety of formative assessments to drive instruction.
Support inclusion of children with identified special education needs.
Follow behavior management plans.
Develop daily theme-based program plans, orchestrate materials and prepare and teach differentiated lessons, as well as poster parent partnerships and involvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
MA Teacher Certification in Teacher of Students with Moderate Disabilities (PK-8) and Early Education (PK-2), dual certification preferred
Experience working with young children with and without disabilities (special education), preferred.
CPR/First Aid Certified.
Knowledge of MA Common Core Standards for Preschool and Early Education Curriculum.
Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
