What Were Looking For:

Valid Maryland Special Education Teacher certification (required) Experience with lifeskills, self-contained, or behavior-focused classroomsmiddle or elementary Ability to adapt strategies to individual learning needs Commitment to fostering positive, inclusive classroom cultures Effective communication skills and collaborative mindset Previous experience in special education strongly preferred
