What Were Looking For:

Certified Special Education Teacher (current certification required) Experience in elementary-level education strongly preferred Knowledge of supporting students with OHI, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Language Impairment Comfortable with a fluid caseload (supporting approximately 1015 students at any time) Collaborative approach to working within a general education setting

What Youll Be Doing:

Provide specialized instruction and support for elementary-aged students Adapt and modify curricula to address individual learning needs Develop and implement IEPs with a focus on inclusion Collaborate with general and special education staff to promote student achievement Communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary teams
