Qualifications:

Active Maryland Special Education Teacher certification (required) Experience in special education settings, preferably at elementary or middle school levels Adaptability and strong communication skills Positive approach to individualized student strategies

Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment Collaborate with school teams and parents/guardians Effectively manage classroom behaviors and adapt instructional methods as needed
