Qualifications/Experience:
Valid Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) certification required Experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably with Early Childhood populations No travel restrictions (must be comfortable with itinerant travel between locations) Understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs), instructional modifications, and early childhood development Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Provide direct special education services to early childhood students at multiple sites Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual needs Collaborate with staff, families, and related service providers Accurately document student progress and maintain compliance with regulatory standards Offer support and guidance to parents and caregivers
