Background Check required Special Education experience preferred Experience working in an Adaptive Life Skills or functional skills classroom preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills Key Responsibilities Provide specialized instruction in an Adaptive Life Skills classroom Support students with academic, functional, communication, social, and independent-living skills Develop and implement instruction aligned with student IEP goals Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with families, related-service providers, administrators, and school staff Create a structured and supportive learning environment
