Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct instruction and adaptive life skills curriculum to students with diverse abilities Create and adapt lesson plans to suit each students Individualized Education Program (IEP) Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and service providers to meet student needs Track and document student progress, maintaining clear communication with families and team members Maintain a nurturing, inclusive, and safe classroom environment Engage in ongoing professional development throughout the school year
