School-based Responsibilities Provide direct academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support to students Assist students with classroom participation, transitions, and daily routines Support students in developing independence and positive behavioral skills Implement strategies and interventions outlined by the student's educational or behavioral plan Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, and school administrators Monitor student progress and communicate observations with the appropriate school team members Help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of college education required 3 years of college preferred to qualify for an Educational Technician III position BHP experience or certification preferred Previous experience working with children or students in a school, behavioral, or educational setting preferred Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills Ability to support students across different age groups and educational needs Why ProCare Therapy?
