What Were Looking For:

Active Special Education Teacher certification Experience with K-8 grade levels, preferably in a resource room or similar setting Demonstrated skills in developing and implementing IEPs Strong classroom management and evidence-based behavioral strategies Comfort with varying student behaviors and adapting practices accordingly Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and support staff Flexible mindset with a commitment to helping every student succeed

Responsibilities:
