09/28/2026 Key Responsibilities Provide individualized and small-group instruction to special education students. Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and accommodations. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, therapists, and families. Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with special education requirements. Participate in evaluations, IEP meetings, and progress reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred. Valid state teaching certification required. Special Education certification and/or LBS1 endorsement preferred. Minimum one year of teaching experience preferred. Ability to work effectively with students requiring moderate behavioral support. Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements.
