Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning Provide medication reminders per community policy Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition Assist with meals and hydration Maintain accurate documentation Help create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving or assisted living experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to pass background check and meet state requirements
