Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school environment Skilled in providing individualized support to students with high medical needs or disabilities Knowledge of early childhood development and classroom procedures Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and healthcare professionals Ability to maintain composure, patience, and professionalism in a dynamic classroom environment Reliable attendance and a genuine commitment to student well-being Comfort with basic medical protocols and willingness to receive student-specific training

Primary Responsibilities:
