Job Description

Bring your expertise as a Special Education Teacher to a vibrant high school setting, making a lasting impact in ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) classrooms. This contract opportunity offers a full school year of hands-on teaching and collaboration within a supportive educational community. Your work will empower students to achieve their fullest potential in an onsite role designed for active engagement and team-based success. This role begins August 24, 2026 and continues through June 10, 2027, with a consistent 37.5-hour weekly schedule. Multiple positions are available, offering the chance to contribute alongside passionate educators dedicated to student growth.

Key Qualifications:

Valid Michigan Special Education teaching license is required (please provide screenshot verification) Experience with high school-aged students preferred Strong background in working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, particularly in a classroom setting Excellent communication abilities and collaborative approach with staff and families Commitment to best practices in IEP development, differentiated instruction, and ongoing student progress monitoring Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism and flexibility within a dynamic academic environment

Role Responsibilities:
