Cross Country Education is urgently seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to lead a self-contained, cross-categorical classroom in the welcoming community of Monroe, MI. Take charge of a multi-grade (K-5) caseload and make a lasting impact for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year and beyond!

Position Overview:

Teach in a self-contained, cross-categorical classroom, instructing students with diverse disabilities across different grade levels (K-2, 2-5, and 1-3). Develop and implement individualized and group lesson plans, manage and communicate student progress, and maintain a safe and orderly classroom. Collaborate with other staff, supervise a teacher's aide, and communicate regularly with parents to ensure students' success.

Qualifications:
