Academic Year Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Education and a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate as required by MDE OR; Bachelor's Degree and enrollment in a state approved program leading to teacher certification as required by MDE.

Preferred:

Previous classroom teaching experience Experience with push and pull out classroom support SA, SE, SM, or SV endorsement

Salary/Benefits:

Commensurate with credentials and level of experience and in accordance with MPS salary schedule. Full-time with benefit package. Starting range $53,887-$78,454. Medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance coverage offered. Eligible for Michigan ORS retirement plan for public school employees.
