Full-Time Resident Care Specialist | 3pm11pm

Position Summary:

Mallard Cove Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Resident Care Specialist to join our evening team. In this role, you'll provide hands-on support to residents during the 3pm-11pm shift, helping ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support Monitor and document changes in residents' health and report to nursing staff Assist with meals, hydration, and evening routines Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families

Qualifications:

Previous experience in senior care, assisted living, or caregiving preferred Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), STNA, or similar certification a plus Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and follow care plans

Schedule:
