35 | 7.5 hours per day Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide specialized instruction based on student needs and academic goals Collaborate with teachers, administrators, support staff, and families Maintain accurate and compliant special education documentation Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Required Qualifications Active Michigan Special Education Teacher License through the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) Fingerprint clearance Endorsement in one or more of the following areas: Cognitive Impairment Learning Disabilities Emotional Impairment Autism Spectrum Disorder Why Supplemental Health Care?
