What Makes This Assignment Attractive Small caseload — maximum 15 students Three paraprofessionals assigned to the classroom 50-minute prep period every day 40-minute duty-free lunch Defined short-term commitment Elementary student population Responsibilities Deliver individualized Special Education instruction Implement and monitor IEP goals Maintain compliant documentation Coordinate classroom support with 3 paraprofessionals Collaborate with therapists and educational staff Utilize AAC communication supports when needed Qualifications Active Michigan Special Education Certification required Elementary or cross-categorical experience preferred AAC and TD Snap experience preferred but not required Submit your resume and current Michigan certification for consideration.
