Qualifications:
Hold an active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License, or eligible for licensure Background in supporting students with diverse learning needs is preferred Excellent communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and foster an inclusive classroom environment Passion for helping students achieve their full potentialResponsibilities:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in line with student needs and district guidelines Adapt lesson plans and instructional strategies to accommodate a variety of learning styles and abilities Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as needed to support student success Collaborate closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, service providers, and families Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and school events Create a positive, respectful climate that empowers students and nurtures their confidence This role offers the chance to work in a supportive school environment where your expertise is valued.
