In this contract position, youll play an essential role in the Ready, Set, Launch programan expanded, center-based model in a collaborative and resource-rich environment. Key Qualifications:

Current Minnesota Special Education Teacher license: Only Tier 3 or Tier 4 will be considered. Demonstrated experience with early childhood or elementary-aged students with autism or similar developmental needs. Strong understanding of differentiated instruction, IEP implementation, and progress monitoring. Effective communicator, able to collaborate with families, specialists, and classroom staff. Flexibility and creativity when adapting teaching strategies to meet individual student goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and individualized instruction for students within the Ready, Set, Launch program. Develop, implement, and continually update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) according to student goals. Provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports in a supportive classroom setting. Coordinate with related service providers and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings. Foster an inclusive, positive, and structured classroom environment. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate regularly with families and the school team.
