Qualifications:
Currently hold a valid Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education Teaching license (required) Experience working with students who demonstrate significant behavioral challenges and/or severe disabilities Confidence in managing complex classroom environments and individualized learning plans Strong communication and documentation skills Adaptability and compassion, with eagerness to contribute in a team-based setting Must submit both a resume and active MN Special Education Teacher license for considerationKey Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction and support for Setting 4 students across a range of grade levels Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and support staff to ensure holistic student support Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning and positive behavior Maintain thorough records and consistent communication regarding student progress This opportunity covers the 2026-2027 school year, with regular Monday-Friday daytime hours in a supportive, resource-rich environment.
