Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:
Valid teaching license with a Special Education endorsement Experience working with students in resource, inclusion, or self-contained settings Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with families and multidisciplinary teams Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet a variety of learning styles and needs Strong classroom management and organization
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver differentiated instruction based on student IEPs Assess student progress and maintain thorough records of academic and behavioral data Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers Attend and contribute to IEP and team meetings Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages growth and self-advocacy Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and goals This opportunity allows you to make a daily difference for students, work with supportive colleagues, and contribute to a dynamic learning community.
