Key Qualifications:

Holds a valid Minnesota Teaching Credential in

Special Education:

Developmental Cognitive Disabilities Demonstrated experience working in special education, preferably in a center-based or similar classroom environment Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, colleagues, and families Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning atmosphere Skilled in creating and adapting individualized education plans (IEPs)

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging instruction tailored to the needs of students with developmental cognitive disabilities Implement IEPs and evaluate student progress Cultivate a positive, structured environment for academic, social, and emotional growth Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families to support student goals Contribute to ongoing classroom management and compliance with relevant policies Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
