Qualifications:
Valid teaching certification with a special education endorsement (state eligibility or willingness to obtain required) Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong communication and teamwork skills Adaptability and enthusiasm for new environments and practices Previous experience in K-12 settings preferred
Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized instruction and support to students with special needs Collaborate with general education staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams Develop, implement, and update IEPs according to each students requirements Track progress, assess student needs, and adjust strategies as necessary Maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom climate
