Position Overview The ELL Teacher will provide direct language instruction and collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure English Learners receive high-quality, language-rich instruction across all content areas. The ideal candidate has experience working with multilingual learners, is knowledgeable in WIDA standards and assessments, and is committed to helping students achieve both language proficiency and academic success. Participate in student support meetings and collaborate with special education, intervention, and instructional staff. Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and language development. Foster an inclusive, culturally responsive learning environment that values students' linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Participate in professional development and contribute positively to the school community. Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the school. Qualifications Valid Minnesota teaching license with an ESL/ELL endorsement (or eligibility to obtain one). Experience working with English Learners in a K-8 setting.
